International shipping is currently available to: Canada, Finland, France, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure SHOPIFY payment gateway online.
You can also choose to pay via PAYPAL in the paypal link at the Checkout.
For our international customers, we offer the option to pay in local currency through the Checkout button. This applies for USD, CAD, NZD, EUR and GBP.
If you do not select an alternative currency, all payments will be charged in AUD.
If you use PAYPAL to checkout you will be charged in AUD.
Import Duties: Overseas taxes, duties or tariffs may be payable by the customer, dependant on your country.
The customer is responsible for any local government import and duties. Please check your local government regulations. DHL or the Postal Service will not be able to deliver your goods unless the applicable duties, taxes or tariffs are fully paid.
This information is dynamic and varies per country, we cannot be liable for changing information. To the best of our knowledge as a guide for some the key countries we ship to:
NZ - no import duties and taxes apply unless your order is over $1000.
South America - your local government will generally apply GST/VAT upon arrival. Duties may also apply when the order is over a certain amount. This varies per country so check your local regulations.
Order Processing Times
We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
The time frames above are estimates only, and Steezey makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.
Availability
Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
