Returns Policy
Here's how our returns work: We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your Steezey purchase.Please email Steezey.info@steezey.com to submit your return request. We will reply within 2 hours (weekdays) and you will receive instructions of how to send your items back to us.
Terms
You can exchange or refund items within 30 days of receiving your order.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.
Refunds apply to all Steezey Items at Steezeymtb.com.
Please note no refunds or exchanges are offered on the following items: Customised Jerseys. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. We have your details so just say your name or Purchase Number in your email, with the items you wish to exchange and which size you would like to replace it with.
We recommend that you ship with a tracking number to be able to follow the shipment — Steezey cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number. For Exchanges, Steezey will pay to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.
In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. Steezey will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.
